Prospective Members
Please call or e-mail to schedule a tour of the gym. We are happy to try to accommodate you if you just “popin”, but we can give you our full and undivided attention if we aren’t in the middle of running a class.
To begin we provide a foundations curriculum, which is taught over two hour long sessions run over two subsequent days. In this class you will lean great technique for all of your basic movements to include the squat, deadlift, and clean. We also will work with you on additional movements and make sure you get a workout in too so we can assess your physical fitness and you can check out our coaching techniques. We run the Foundations class at the following times:
Sat 10 am / Sun 12 pm
Our three classes for 19.99 deal entitles you to the two Foundations classes and a Group class as well, so you can experience how those are run too.
