Part I – 10 min to establish 1RM Bench Press

Part II – 10 min to establish 1RM Weighted “Deadhang” Pull Up

Part III – 15 min cutoff

Five rounds for time of:
7 Muscle-ups
21 Burpees
Post total time.
Each burpee terminates with a jump one foot above max standing reach.
